The ID Card Office wishes to inform all users of a significant update regarding the functionality of ID cards. Effective June 30, 2025, the ID Card Office will no longer maintain a working relationship with US Bank. As a result, the ID card will cease to function as a debit card starting from the aforementioned date.Ìý

We encourage all individuals currently using their ID cards as debit cards to contact US Bank. ÌýUS Bank can be reached at 800-USBANKS. ÌýThe ID Card Office cannot answer account questions.Ìý
